In the is training workers who interact with electrical systems and equipment will learn about various types of electrical hazards and how to conduct a thorough risk assessment before starting electrical work. They will also learn the hierarchy of risk controls and safe work practices.
NFPA 70E certification is ideal for electricians and other workers whose job responsibilities may expose them to electrical hazards, risk assessment strategies and NFPA and OSHA resources on safe work practices for electrical work. Each students receives a NFPA 70E handbook for the class.
